Taqwa has prepared many schemes for benefit of the general public, Tawfeer A/c is also one of such schemes. As a procedure of this scheme an agent is appointed to collect the amount from those persons, especially from the traders who want to deposit some amount on daily basis for their future use and they cannot visit the bank every day. The agent daily visits to such people for collecon and deposit the amount into their account.
- A designated Tawfeer agent collects the savings amount from customers and credits it to their Tawfeer account.
- Amount may be deposited daily as per the individual capacity.
- If someone wishes to deposit the amount on weekly or monthly basis, he/she may do so as per their convenience.
- Minimum amount for deposits; Daily is ₹100, Weekly is ₹500; customers can save any amount above based on their ability.
- Amount deposited in this account can be withdrawn at any time after six (6) months.
- If someone wishes to withdraw the amount before completing six months, then the payment will be made after deducting a 3% service commission for the Tawfeer agent plus gst as applicable.
- This scheme is fully Shari'a-compliant and operates under the principle of Dain (Debt).
